One of the constants in my life has been a deep desire to support others in thriving emotionally, mentally, and physically. Over the years, that calling has grown even stronger, and today, I feel deeply drawn to working with women navigating the often overlooked transition of perimenopause and menopause.
This stage can arrive slowly and all at once. That’s exactly how it unfolded for me. In my 40s, I didn’t quite understand why I was feeling so moody, irritable, and disconnected even though I was surrounded by a loving family. It came in waves. I had joyful days too, but underneath it all, something felt off.
I recall going through a particularly difficult period at work, eventually experiencing burnout that kept me home for five months. I had poured my heart into a demanding job, even my weekends, only to realize the toll it had taken. Looking back, I now recognize the signs yes, those were early symptoms of perimenopause, masked by the chaos of life.
The turning point came when my 13-year-old said, “You don’t even look at me when I’m talking to you, you’re always looking at your work phone.” That moment shook me.
Like every woman, I was going through a natural transition. But no one had named it for me. No one had told me that this shift called perimenopause often begins in our 40s. For me, the symptoms were amplified by life’s stressors: grief, career shifts, unsupportive workplaces, emotional exhaustion.
Determined to support myself naturally, I turned to my roots in yoga and Ayurveda. I deepened my training and began applying what I learned every day. The transformation was real my mood, my energy, even my sense of self began to shift in the most empowering way.
Now, it’s my mission to support other women who feel overwhelmed, confused, or unwell during this phase. I believe in the power of natural remedies, movement, mindset, and deep rest to bring us back to balance. Menopause is not something to hide from it’s a sacred, inevitable part of our life story.

I’m also deeply passionate about supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, and I offer three core services to nurture this special phase: HypnoBirthing education, Infant Massage instruction, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.
As a certified HypnoBirthing Educator, Infant Massage Instructor, and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher, my approach is rooted in both expertise and heartfelt connection. What truly fuels my work is a deep fascination with human relationships—especially the tender, evolving bond between parent and child.
Every parent-child relationship is beautifully unique. I believe in nurturing this connection with a foundation of acceptance and unconditional love, rather than through pressure, fear, or rigid expectations. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space for women and families to thrive—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
