What is HypnoBirthing?
HypnoBirthing® is a tried and proven technique, a philosophy that guides and prepares a woman in giving birth in a peaceful and extraordinarily beautiful manner. HypnoBirthing program is a supportive program for pregnant mothers and their partners. The program aim is to:
Help reduce fear and encourages confidence in childbirth.
Empowers mothers to trust their ability to give birth on their own terms, both mentally and physically.
Educate the birthing partner, who can support the mother and advocate for their choices during pregnancy and birth.
The program supports and prepares the mother and her birth partner for all the birthing options whether that be in the quiet of a home, a hospital, or a birth center.
The HypnoBirthing® program is an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice to ease fear of birthing and it’s techniques help in managing stress and pain during childbirth.
Other topics include attention to nutrition, and positive body toning, birthing preferences.
Program details:
HypnoBirthing® childbirth classes are offered for the mother and her birthing companion.
The program consist of 5 weekly sessions. Duration of the classes are 3 hours. Total 15 hours.
Sessions are conducted on-line and or in person.
Private classes at your home can also be accommodated.
Before the start of the programs, parents receive the HB Parent Handbook, Parent manual, audio downloads, all teaching and learning materials.
