Menopause is more than just a physical transition, it’s an emotional, mental, and spiritual one too. While we often hear about hot flushes and hormone changes, what’s rarely talked about is how menopause can affect a woman’s sense of self, identity, confidence, and outlook on life.

Life is full of surprises, and much is happening in each of our lives (including the beginning of this new phase).
